These terms cover professional analysis engagements (audits, visualisation packs, and review sessions). We do not sell physical goods or software subscriptions through this site.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for engagements that are cancelled or curtailed according to the rules below. Informational website content is free and not refundable.
Timeframe to request
Contact hello@utilityforestcore.click as soon as you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposit refund requests should be made in writing within 14 days of payment if work has not started, subject to the conditions below.
Full refund
A full refund of sums paid is available if we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side (for example analyst illness with no substitute) and you decline a rescheduled date.
Partial refund
If you cancel after work has started — for example after intake is complete and reconciliation has begun — we invoice for work performed at our standard daily rate and refund any unused balance of fees paid. Materials already prepared (draft charts, notes) may be delivered in their then-current form.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party costs expressly agreed in advance (for example hired meeting rooms)
- Completed review sessions after the call has taken place
- Deposits where you cancel within five working days of a reserved start date without agreeing a new date within 30 days (we may retain the deposit as a cancellation fee)
Process
Email hello@utilityforestcore.click with your engagement reference, the reason for the request, and the account details required for repayment. We confirm eligibility within five working days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 working days of approval, or by bank transfer if the original method is unavailable.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule an intake or review call once without fee if you give at least three working days’ notice. Later changes may incur a £75 administration fee. No-shows for review sessions without 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Work already started & deposits
Starting work means we have held the intake call or begun reconciling your data. Deposits are credited against the final invoice. Unused deposit amounts follow the partial-refund rules above.
Exceptions
If an engagement letter states different commercial terms, that letter prevails for that project. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law remain unaffected.
